Shipping and Policies
We accept major credit cards and PayPal as payment methods. We only ship to the address that is associated with your account. Sorry for any inconveniences this may cause.
We will ship all orders anywhere between 3-5 business days from date of purchase. Then please an additional 1-5 business days for delivery. Please feel free to contact us for additional information at email@example.com.
We ship using Priority Mail, a service provided by The United States Postal Service (usps.com).
According to USPS, when you use International Priority Mail your package will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days. Although this is true most of the time, it is not guaranteed. Please note that we are not responsible for your package being held in customs or any other delays once it leaves our possession.
Refunds and Exchanges
We accept returns for unwanted items within 3 days of receipt. Kindly contact us letting us know that you will be returning the item. Then provide us with the tracking number for the returned item. Once the package says "delivered" and the item is inspected, we will issue the refund.
If you would like an exchange, please return the item within 3 business days. Once you have provided us with the tracking number AND the item is delivered, we will kindly send you the exchanged item. Customers are responsible for the cost to return the item so, you would need to make payment for the shipping costs via Paypal.com. We will be more than happy to assist through this entire process in the event this occurs.
